Easily the worst "recipe" book I've ever bought. I wish I hadn't tossed it before this review, so I could go back and tell you all the reasons I thought it sucked. Off the top of my head:
One of the recipes is for fajitas. You can make them in 15 minutes or less... if the fajitas are precooked.
liberal use of wheat flour
one of the pages is blank. I don't think anyone even bothered putting an eye on the finished product. No quality control.

This book is full of great food ideas for the novice cook as well as the busy person. I like that this book contains recipes that take less than 15 minutes to prepare and serve. There are tons of recipe ideas to help me plan the next party! I can't wait to make the mulled wine to impress my dinner guests.
This book is also very helpful for beginner cooks, like teenagers who will surely love the recipes for the regular as well as the cajun cheeseburger.
Who would think that you can prepare a fancy dish like Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi in 15 minutes? There are recipes for veggie lovers, too, like vegetable fritters and spinach and garlic bread.
There is also a tasty snack recipe for chocolate-covered almonds. I can't wait to try all the recipes, starting from page 1.
Very great recipes to make, that help me to reduce time in the kitchen. Most of them are delicious and healthy, it is quick and easy required ingredients available . It is fun to prepared and take not more than 15 minutes. Our body are safe from any harmful ingredients, surely love it .
If you are already on a paleo/keto diet, you can grab this one just for the recipes. If you are new to keto/paleo, I suggest this book or if you want to be super strict on yourself.

Nice job, Alexis! Easy to cook but aside from that, the recipes included in this book are proven healthy and delicious. I already tried some of this while reading and yes it saves lots of time. I absolutely loved the white bean-tuna salad. I recommend this book for anyone trying to eat and feel better. Eat right!
